Association Dues
As established through restrictive covenants for the Laurel Ridge Subdivision and the by-laws of the Association, annual association dues are required to be paid. These annual dues go to covering important services that help maintain and beautify our neighborhood.
For the period of February 15, 2011 to February 14, 2012, association dues are $115.
**Due no later than February 24, 2011.
